The four-axis automatic milling machine with numerical control, OMEC F12, was designed for the production of bottles supports and internal partitions of packing crates. The F12 is equipped with ungruppo mandrel mill cutter that allow the realization of support for bottles quarries with different sizes and positions. The machine works the pieces in the pack. The advance of the pieces from the incoming stock, the locking, the milling cycle, the unlocking and advancement up to the stacker of the outgoing stock takes place in a totally automatic way. The controls are made with a keyboard and a touch screen control panel. The F12 model is controlled by a control system which is programmed for maximum machining flexibility and allows you to change the machining limits within the following variables: - The size of the slots - the number of slots - the distance from the edge of the quarries - dimensions of the pieces - cutting speed and tool feeding - compensation of the tool radius variation All adjustments are easily carried out following the instructions of the software of the machine displayed on the monitor.
